chili Ingredients:
540 g kidney beans |
1 medium onion |
1 red pepper |
1 cup mushrooms |
1 cup swiss chard |
2 medium tomatoes |
1 tablespoon chilli powder |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
650 ml tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. stir fry vegetables 2. When veggies are cooked mix with the beans, spices and tomato sauceto make a sauce. 3. Simmer for about two hours, stirring every half hour. |
