Ingredients:
540 g kidney beans
1 medium onion
1 red pepper
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup swiss chard
2 medium tomatoes
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
650 ml tomato sauce
Directions:
1. stir fry vegetables
2. When veggies are cooked mix with the beans, spices and tomato sauceto make a sauce.
3. Simmer for about two hours, stirring every half hour.
