i found this chili on a site and it was really good and low fat Ingredients:
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
3 garlic cloves |
1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 cup corn, drained |
1 cup water |
3 tablespoons chili powder |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup long grain rice |
Directions:
1. in a pot cook peppers, onion,garlic till tender. 2. add tomatoes,beans corn, chili powder, salt&pepper,cumin and rice. 3. bring to boil. 4. reduce and simmer for 30 minutes. |
