Delicious WW recipe that's only 1/2 point per cup. Ingredients:
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (19 ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed |
1 onion |
1 red pepper |
1 green pepper |
1 large zucchini |
1/4 teaspoon cumin |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a pot. 2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. |
