Veggie Casserole

This veggie casserole is great with a main dish. This is also good to take to dinners or pot lucks. It's probably too rich to eat by itself, but it's definitely good!!
Ingredients:
1 can french style green beans (water drained)
1 can white shoepeg corn
1/2 bell pepper chopped and diced
1 white onion diced
1 8 oz. container sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup. crushed cheese crackers
1/2 cup butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a mixing bowl, combine green beans, corn, bell pepper, onion, sour cream, celery soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with vegetable spray
4. Spread mixture evenly into casserole dish
5. In a separate bowl, combine crushed cheese crackers with 1/2 cup butter. Mix well and spread over top of casserole.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
7. top should be a golden brown.
