This is not the healthiest, but it is a GOOD veggie dish. I am not a huge mixed veggie fans but with this it doesn't matter. Ingredients:
1 - 16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables |
1/4 lb. of velveeta cheese, cubed |
1 stick of butter, melted |
1 - tube of ritz crackers |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain vegetables 2. Soak crushed Ritz in melted butter 3. Cut cheese into cubes 4. Layer veggies, cheese cracker mix 5. In crock pot for several hours. If baking, bake at 350 until bubbly. 6. When making for a large group, use 3 packages of veggies and just double the other ingredients. |
