Ingredients:
2 cans of veg-all mixed vegetables, drained |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 medium onion, diced fine |
1 cup diced celery (optional) |
1 package ritz cracker, crushed |
1/4 cup margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine all the ingredients except the crackers and melted butter, and mix well. 3. Place in greased 11x7 or 9x9 baking dish. 4. Combine the cracker crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over the vegetable mixture. 5. Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, about 35 minutes. |
