vegetarian burger with spices. Ingredients:
250 grams garbanzo beans, canned |
140 grams peas, canned |
140 grams corn, canned |
50 grams flour |
1 egg |
2 teaspoons garlic, chopped |
1 salt and pepper to taste |
1/2 teaspoon cumin, optional |
1/2 teaspoon coriander, optional |
1/2 teaspoon garam masala, optional |
Directions:
1. mash the beans, peas and corn together 2. stirr in the spices, salt and pepper and garlic to taste, 3. stirr in the egg 4. stirr in the flour 5. shape patties from the beanpaste 6. heat a nonstick pan 7. fry the patties on both sides for about 3 min. until firm and slightly brown. |
