Veggie Burger (From Veggies) |

A vegetarian restaurant burger that we like. Ingredients:
2 cups left over beans |
2 1/2 cups grated carrots |
1 cup oats |
1 cup tomato sauce |
3 tablespoons gluten flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons onion powder |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Mash your beans with potato masher or your hands. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 2. Form into burgers using 1/2-3/4 Cup of the mix. 3. Bake at 350 deg. for 30 minute turning over after the first twenty minutes. Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments. |
