An interesting and easy dish recommended to me by my grandmother. Personally, I don't usually make dishes like this, but I thought some of you might appreciate it. Hope you enjoy, can't wait to hear what you think! Ingredients:
1 (28 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1 large zucchini, chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 (12 ounce) can peas (liquid too) |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together in lightly greased casserole dish. 2. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F. |
