Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 deg. 2. Cut potatoes into eight pieces. 3. Cut up veggies to suit. 4. Toss in a bowl. 5. Place on non-stick baking sheet. Bake 15 min, then flip for another 12-15 mins. 6. Serve immediately. |
