1 low-carb tortilla |
2 tablespoons hummus |
1 ounce goat cheese |
1/4 cup alfalfa sprout |
1/4 cup chopped tomato |
1/4 cup chopped cucumber |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
Directions:
1. spread goat cheese and hummus on wrap. add the rest of the ingredients. roll up, cut in half. |
