1 low-carb tortilla
2 tablespoons hummus
1 ounce goat cheese
1/4 cup alfalfa sprout
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped onion
Directions:
1. spread goat cheese and hummus on wrap. add the rest of the ingredients. roll up, cut in half.
