So good and so filling, great for a snack or soup and sandwich combo. Ingredients:
1 pita, whole wheat |
2 oz cabot 50% light pepper jack cheese |
2 slices tomato |
6 slices cucumber |
2 slices red onion, thin |
2 t kraft fat free ranch dressing |
6 leaves dole romaine lettuce |
Directions:
1. Divide pita in half. Fill each half with 1 oz sliced pepper jack, 1 tomato slice, 3 cucumber slices, 3 leaves of lettuce, and 1 red onion slice. 2. Drizzle each half with 1 T ranch dressing. 3. Serve and enjoy! |
