Omelet. Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced |
1/4 green pepper, diced |
1/8 cup red onion, diced |
1 teaspoon butter |
2 tablespoons 1% milk |
1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs. Add milk, beat again. 2. Add all veggies and cheese. 3. Fry in non-stick pan with butter. |
