Ingredients:
2 corn tortillas |
2 cups vegetable oil (for frying) |
salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a heavy stockpot to 350ยบ F. 2. Cut tortillas into 1/4-inch wide strips. 3. Fry tortilla strips in hot oil until crisp and slightly golden, about 1 minute. 4. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt. 5. A great garnish for salads. |
