1 (8-ounce) can no-salt-added tomato sauce |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
8 taco shells |
taco bar toppings |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated. While protein crumble mixture cooks, prepare Taco Bar Toppings. 2. Spoon mixture evenly into taco shells. Serve with toppings, as desired. |
