The secret to this recipe is to cut vegetables into tiny pieces. Ingredients:
1 cup kidney bean |
1 cup tomato |
1 cup green pepper |
1 cup red onion |
1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) |
1 cup catalina dressing (or to taste) |
12 ounces fritos corn chips |
Directions:
1. Mix everything separately in bowls and add together at last minute. 2. Do not add corn chips until just before serving or they will get to soggy. |
