vegetarian chili with a little kick cook in slow cooker Where it reads tofu, add Smart ground burger mix. Had to enter tofu to get nutritional values. Ingredients:
2 cup of raw broccoli |
2 cup of raw green pepper |
1 cup of raw white mushrooms |
12 oz of tofu |
15 oz cooked black beans |
30 oz of cooked chili beans |
1 med white onion |
2 oz bay leaves |
4 tbls of chili powder |
3 tbls molasses |
5 oz bouillon |
3 tbls whole wheat flour |
1 cup of water |
Directions:
1. chop up vegetables and put in slow cooker pot. 2. add beans, seasoning and the cup of water. Cook for 3 hours on high. Add the flour to a cup of Hot water (not listed in ingredients) and pour in to chili, cook for another 1 hour. |
