This comes out looking more like guacamole than pesto, but it's yummy! Ingredients:
2 cups basil leaves, washed and dried |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/2 package low-fat tofu |
1 teaspoon olive oil (optional!) |
2 cloves garlic |
Directions:
1. Blend or process in food processor until creamy. |
