Yummy light, easy & satisfying! Better than heavy Chinese takeout! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon miinced garlic |
12 ounces pre-sliced white mushrooms |
8 ounces fresh bean sprouts (leasa brand) |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Saute garlic in oil until softened. 2. Add mushrooms and cook 5 mins or until soft. 3. Add bean sprouts and soy sauce and heat through. 4. Simmer stirring often 5 minutes Enjoy! |
