This is a quick and easy meal. Its not so much a recipie, more like putting two things together. Ingredients:
1 light multi-grain english muffin |
1/2 cup vegetarian baked beans |
Directions:
1. Toast the English Muffin. 2. Heat up the beans in the microwave for about a minute. 3. Spoon beans onto muffin and enjoy! |
