Vegetarian lasagna rolls - recipe for 1 roll Ingredients:
17 g lasagna |
1 tbsp ricotta cheese |
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 tbsp shredded carrot |
1 tbsp shredded broccoli |
1 tbsp shredded cauliflower |
1 clove garlic |
1/2 slice tomato |
3/20 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Sauce: 2. In a food processor, chop tomatoes 3. Slice garlic into tiny pieces, cook on skillet in olive oil for ~5 minutes. Add tomatoes and 1 cup water. 4. Lay out noodle 5. Spread cheeses and veggies on top 6. Roll up noodle 7. Cover with tomato sauce 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes |
