Great beans and rice based meat substitute. Goes great on Tacos, eggs, or anything else ground meat goes in. Ingredients:
9 2/5 oz white onion |
5 oz red bell pepper |
5 1/2 oz yellow squash |
2 3/10 oz carrot |
2 oz feta |
425 g black beans |
2 tbsp tahini |
2 eggs |
1 cup brown rice |
1 slice whole wheat bread |
Directions:
1. Chop and blend all ingredients in a food processor. 2. Cook until desired consistency. 3. Vegies tend to add a lot of unwanted water to the mix. You may need to find a way to minimize this. |
