Ingredients:
1 cup cooked corn kernel |
1 cup cooked, sliced carrot |
1 cup cooked green beans |
1 cup cooked peas |
1 cup mushroom, quartered |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. 2. Add the vinaigrette and toss. 3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours. 4. Toss again just before serving. |
