These really taste like fish! Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
1 cup cornmeal, cooked with water into a mush |
1 cup mashed potatoes |
1 egg |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
tartar sauce |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
salt |
paprika |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1 tablespoon olive |
1 tablespoon green pepper |
1 tablespoon green onion |
Directions:
1. Form into balls and dip in 1 egg, beaten. 2. Roll in 1 cup dry bread crumbs. 3. Fry in 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 4. Serve with tartar sauce. |
