For my Kerry Ingredients:
6 stalks celery |
1 medium onion |
2 cloves garlic |
1 can sliced waterchestnuts |
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce |
1 tblsp corn starch |
1 tblsp olive oil |
361 grams lite tofu |
Directions:
1. saute veggies in olive oil till soft (except water chestnuts) 2. stir corn start and soy sauce till smooth 3. add enough water to make one cup, add to veggies, stirring constantly 4. add water chestnuts and tofu (diced), heat through |
