My daughter loves the chipotle sauce on her Veg Subway Sandwich. This makes her addiction a little healthier. Ingredients:
12 ounces mori-nu silken soft tofu |
1 cup raw cashew nuts |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
2 -3 tablespoons honey dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 -2 tablespoon chipotle chile in adobo |
4 fresh garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend for 1 minute on high until smooth. Chill to thicken. |
