Vegetarian Chili with Rediburger

Fills you up on those cold days of winter and is a great alternative to meat chili.
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup diced yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups vegetable juice
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
14 1/2 oz kidney beans, drained
14 1/2 oz pinto beans, drained
15 oz diced tomatoes
19 oz protein crumbles
Directions:
1. Saute onion, garlic, protein crumbles and pepper in oil.
2. Add seasonings and juice.
3. Add tomatoes and beans.
4. Let cook at 300 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
