Vegetarian Chili with Rediburger |

Fills you up on those cold days of winter and is a great alternative to meat chili. Ingredients:
1 cup chopped bell pepper |
1 cup diced yellow onion |
2 cloves garlic |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 1/2 cups vegetable juice |
1 tbsp chili powder |
1/2 tbsp cumin |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1 tbsp honey |
14 1/2 oz kidney beans, drained |
14 1/2 oz pinto beans, drained |
15 oz diced tomatoes |
19 oz protein crumbles |
Directions:
1. Saute onion, garlic, protein crumbles and pepper in oil. 2. Add seasonings and juice. 3. Add tomatoes and beans. 4. Let cook at 300 degrees for about 30-45 minutes. |
