1 cup vegetable broth |
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed |
1 (15 ounce) can navy beans, drained and rinsed |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 anaheim chili, seeded and minced |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon toasted cumin seed |
1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except wild rice, salt and pepper, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, adding wild rice during last 30 minutes. 2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
