Ingredients:

4 frozen low-fat vegetarian hot dogs, thawed |
1 (15-ounce) can 99%-fat-free vegetarian chili with beans |
4 teaspoons spicy brown mustard |
4 lite wheat hot dog buns, toasted |
1/4 cup finely chopped onion |
1/2 cup (2 ounces) pre-shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add hot dogs, and cook until evenly browned, turning frequently. 2. Pour chili into a small saucepan; cook over medium heat until bubbly. 2. Pour chili into a small saucepan; cook over medium heat until bubbly. 3. Spread 1 teaspoon mustard over inside of each hot dog bun. Place hot dogs in buns; spoon chili evenly over each hot dog. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon onion and 2 tablespoons cheese over each hot dog. |
