An easy veggie chili for a cold winter day. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil |
100 grams onion, diced |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 serrano pepper, minced |
550 grams canned tomatoes |
236 grams canned kidney beans |
243 grams smart ground |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
Directions:
1. Saute onions, garlic and chili in oil until tender. Transfer to the crock of a slow cooker and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. |
