Vegetarian carbonara using vegetarian bacon. High in fat, cholesterol and calories! Ingredients:
400 gram spaghetti |
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped |
1 yellow onion, chopped |
240 gram vegetarian bacon , cut in small pieces |
3 eggs |
0.64 cup cooking cream , 1.5 dl matlagningsgrädde |
0.64 cup parmesan cheese , finely grated 1.5 dl |
3 tablespoons butter, for frying |
1 pinch of salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper, lots of pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti. Chop and fry garlic and onion in butter until transparent. Add vegetarian bacon and fry until done. Whisp egg, cream and half tof the cheese. Turn egg mixture into the pasta. Top with bacon and grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. |
