Warming winter casserole, one pot meal. Ingredients:
100 grams vegetarian sausage |
1 cup kidney beans |
1 onion |
2 carrots |
1 zucchini |
1 cup sliced mushrooms |
1 cup celery |
800 grams canned tomatoes |
2 tsp beef bouillon powder |
1 tsp curry powder |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp smoked paprika |
1 tsp thyme |
1 pepper |
1 cup of water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200C. 2. Either slice the 100 gram sausage, or use 200 grams of beef seitan sliced. 3. Use cooked kidney beans, and use 2 cups of the cooked beans. 4. Slice onion, slice carrots, slice zucchini, mushrooms, celery, and roughly chop canned tomatoes. 5. Add all ingredients to a casserole dish, and stir well. Cover and cook for 1 hr - 1.5 hrs. Stir every half hour. |
