Vegetarian Baked Bean Curry

This is a cheap, healthy meal that can be served any time of the day. Serve with rice and pappadums, toast or use as a jaffle filling.
Ingredients:
2 x 420g cans of baked beans
1 chopped tomato
1 diced onion
1-2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp crushed ginger
3 to 4 tbsp curry powder (according to your tastes)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 - 1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Sauté the onion, garlic and ginger until onion is tender.
2. Add curry powder and spices for 30 seconds until you can smell them.
3. Add tomato and tins of baked beans and heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
