This is my favorite sandwich that I came up with. It's a bit messy but well worth it. Ingredients:
1 bagel (i like the everything or onion bagels) |
cucumber, slices |
tomato, slices |
cream cheese |
butter |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. slice cucumber and tomatos. 2. toast bagel until desired darkness is reached. 3. butter both sides of bagels (keeps it from being dry). 4. spread cream cheese on both sides of bagel. 5. place veggie slices inside bagel. 6. salt and pepper to taste. |
