Vegetarian Dish Ingredients:
1/3 cup soy protein (veggie ground round) |
2 cups water |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
2 medium potatoes, diced |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/4 cup tofu (tofu dogs) |
1 small onion, diced |
1 bell pepper, red |
1 medium tomatoes, diced |
1 salt to taste |
1 pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat through veggie ground round; set aside. Sauté garlic in oil until brown. 2. Add onions and tomatoes until tender. Add veggie ground round and water. 3. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and cook until done. 4. Add tofu dogs and red bell pepper. 5. Season and cook for 3 more minutes. |
