This makes 1 baby serving. It will keep in the fridge for 1-2 days, if you plan on keeping it longer, freeze it. Prep/cook time does not reflect cooking the vegetables prior. Ingredients:
1/2 cup freshly cooked vegetables, your choice |
2 tablespoons milk or 2 tablespoons infant formula or 2 tablespoons cooking water |
Directions:
1. Put the ingredients into a blender. 2. Run on low speed until very smooth. 3. Serve. |
