Ingredients:
cooked pumpkin pie filling |
mashed potatoes |
Directions:
1. mash pumpkin and potato together. 2. Add some butter,milk and seasonings as normal mash Lay out on a fairly shallow ovendish, maybe like a pie dish. 3. Score with a fork to a nice pattern, grate some fresh nutmeg on top and drizzle a little olive oil. 4. Grill until golden. 5. An option with this mixture is to use potato, parsnip and carrot mashed, and leave out the pumpkin. 6. Equally delicious. |
