We use this for grilled vegetables & kabobs. Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter, melted |
1/4 cup pineapple juice |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves |
Directions:
1. After butter has melted, add other ingredients, mix well & pour over vegetables. I usually marinate for at least 15 minutes & then grill basting occasionally until done. |
