A variation on plain stuffing. Ingredients:
2 cups seasoned stuffing mix |
3/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 egg |
1/4 cup mushroom, chopped and sauteed |
1/4 cup sweet corn |
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients all together, and roll into 16 balls. 2. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes. |
