Stir Frys are so delicious and you can just make them your own by adding and subtracting the veggies as you so desire. They are so healthy for you - Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 slice fresh ginger |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 cup broccoli floret |
1 cup cauliflower floret |
1/2 cup red pepper, strips |
1/2 cup onion, slices |
1 cup pea pods |
1/2 cup sliced celery |
pepper |
1/2 cup oyster sauce |
rice |
Directions:
1. Put oil, ginger, salt and garlic into wok or large skillet. Cook uncovered stirrring constantly for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, cauliflower, pepper, onion, pea pods. and celery stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Add stir fry sauce. 2. Shut off heat, cover and let set for 5 minutes. 3. Serve with rice. |
