Vegetable Stir-Fry

I found this recipe in with some new cookware.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons low sodium teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1 tablespoon thai sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 yellow peppers or 1/2 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 spring onions, thinly sliced (keep green part separate)
1 cup snow pea pods
1/2 cup edamame
1/2 cup slivered almonds or 1/2 cup cashews
2 heads baby bok choy, cut in half
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the first 5 ingredients.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan until hot. Add the peppers, onions, snow peas, edamame, and nuts. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Add the sauce from the bowl and the bok choy. Cook, stirring, until it thickens.
4. Serve immediately.
