Stunning presentation on a dinner plate. Ingredients:
1 carrot |
1 red pepper |
1 green pepper |
1 green zucchini |
1 yellow zucchini |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 tablespoon butter |
salt |
1 garlic clove |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and oil in pan. 2. Add thinly sliced halved carrot. 3. Cook for 1 minute. 4. Add rest of vegetables which have been thinly sliced. 5. Add sugar. 6. Stir fry for a few min until just tender. 7. add salt at end of cooking. |
