Ingredients:
1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup frozen green beans
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup diced zucchini
1 package onion soup mix
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
2 cups water
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In dutch oven or 4 1/2 quart soup pot combine first 10 ingredients bring to a boil, reduce heat.
2. Simmer covered 30 minutes, til vegetables are tender.
3. Sprinkle servings with parmesan cheese.
