Ingredients:
1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice |
1 cup shredded cabbage |
1 cup frozen green beans |
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables |
1 cup diced zucchini |
1 package onion soup mix |
1 tablespoon chopped basil |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder |
2 cups water |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In dutch oven or 4 1/2 quart soup pot combine first 10 ingredients bring to a boil, reduce heat. 2. Simmer covered 30 minutes, til vegetables are tender. 3. Sprinkle servings with parmesan cheese. |
