Something great to serve with dinner on a cold day Ingredients:
2 cups vegetable juice (v-8) |
2 tomatoes, quartered |
1 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds |
1 cup sugar snap pea |
1 cup frozen corn |
2 stalks celery, sliced |
salt |
1 small onion, sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 2. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. |
