Healthy Pasta Dish Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti, whole wheat |
1 cup spinach, chopped |
1 1/2 cup asparagus, diced |
1 cup tomatoes, grape |
1/2 cup onion, red |
10 oz black beans |
2 t olive oil |
2 t sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti and drain 2. sautee aspagus, onion, and spinach in olive oil until tender 3. add beans, spaghetti, and tomatoes to heat , about 3 minutes 4. Sprinkle sesames on top and serve |
