Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti, whole wheat
1 cup spinach, chopped
1 1/2 cup asparagus, diced
1 cup tomatoes, grape
1/2 cup onion, red
10 oz black beans
2 t olive oil
2 t sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti and drain
2. sautee aspagus, onion, and spinach in olive oil until tender
3. add beans, spaghetti, and tomatoes to heat , about 3 minutes
4. Sprinkle sesames on top and serve
