Ingredients:
2 can(s) (14 1/2 oz) beef broth |
3 can(s) (14 1/2 oz)diced tomatoes, undrained |
1 package(s) 10 oz frozen baby lima beans |
1 package(s) 10 oz frozen whole kernel corn |
2 bay leaves |
2 carrots, sliced |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon(s) dried thyme |
1 large onion |
2 medium-size baking potatoes, peeled and diced |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a 5-qt show cooker. 2. Cook, covered, on HIGH 4 hours. Remove and discard bay leaves. Serve with crust bread. Yield: about 3 quarts |
