Yummy simple soup! Ingredients:
2 cups water |
32 ounces vegetable broth |
1 green pepper, chopped |
2 small yellow onions, chopped |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
2 carrots, chopped |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
1/2 lb kale, chopped |
2 small yukon gold potatoes, chopped and mashed |
1 (8 ounce) can green beans |
1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 cup brown rice |
Directions:
1. boil water/broth, add potatoes till soft and mash. Add ingerdients and simmer. |
