I haven't tried this yet, but it sounds good. Ingredients:
5 cups water |
2 potatoes, peeled and diced |
4 tomatoes, diced |
2 cups diced carrots |
2 zucchini, diced |
2 green peppers, diced |
1 cup diced onion |
2 garlic cloves |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic. 2. Put all the ingredients in a crock pot, and cook for three hours, or the vegetables are tender. |
