A smoothie high in fibre but low in calories containing lot's of green leafy vegetables. Ingredients:
300 g onions |
2 cloves garlic |
3 tbsp olive oil |
600 g broccoli |
400 g kale |
100 g baby spinach |
550 g bok choy |
250 g swiss chard |
40 oz 100% v-8 vegetable juice |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil 2. Steam the remaining vegetables 3. Add 1 cup of V8 to your blender and then fill up the blender with vegetables and then puree. Repeat the process until you've pureed all of the vegetables. |
