From March 1999 Bon Appetit. Delicious when served with pot roast or beef stew. Very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
1 english cucumber, chopped
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen peas, thawed
2 bunches radishes, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 cup ranch dressing
Directions:
1. Combine all vegetables in large bowl.
2. Toss salad with enough dressing to coat.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
